No, rentals include unlimited mileage.
Yes, one-way rentals might be available. Just ask us! Additional fees may apply based on the drop-off location.
For rentals less than 48 hours, there is a $199 fee. Delivery or pick-up at locations other than our main office will incur additional costs based on the location. You can request a quote before booking. One additional driver is included at no extra cost, but must be registered at the time of booking. Each extra driver costs $10 per day.

We suggest booking your van at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and holidays, to make sure you get the van you want.

Our vehicles are regularly maintained, but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will assist as best we can. You should contact Mercedes-Benz 24-hour roadside assistance at 1-800-367-6372 if you cannot reach us.
Yes, pets are welcome in select vans with prior approval. A cleaning fee may apply.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. If this policy is violated, a $350 fee will be charged for odor and ash removal, along with any loss of rental time.
Yes, we offer STARLINK WiFi for a small deposit and daily fee to keep you connected on the go! Our vans also come with 12V and 120V power outlets. Just let us know your needs when you request a quote, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
You can have 1 other driver at no extra cost but must be registered at the time of booking. For any additional drivers, there is a fee of $10 per day.
We understand the desire to personalize your ride, but unfortunately, decorating our vans with decals or chalk paint isn't allowed. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is not followed.
Yes, a $250 incidental hold will be taken for the reservation and returned when the van returns undamaged and clean.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and provide a credit card for the security deposit.
Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee, depending on your location and distance from Escondido, CA. We also provide FREE delivery and pick-up to/from SAN, LAX, and PHX airports.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage is not included in this agreement. You are not obligated to purchase CDW from us and may obtain coverage independently if you choose.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is not included in this agreement. You may purchase SLI separately to help protect against third-party claims.
No special license is required. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are all that’s needed to rent and drive our vans.
Your rental fee covers unlimited mileage and standard amenities. Extras like delivery, fuel, car seats, coolers, generators, gaming systems, and supplemental insurance may cost a bit more.
Our Sprinter vans can seat up to 15 passengers comfortably. Check each van’s description for exact details and features.
